It is hoped that the school will embrace the latest teaching methodologies, and the staff will be encouraged to actively seek these out.
The concept of CPPD (Continuous Professional and Personal Development) is strongly supported by the school.

Teaching multiple intelligences
The staff must be excited about using MI. They will be required to work as colleagues, to collaborate and learn from one another. Team teaching would suit our school. It will also influence how professional development is conducted within the school.
The students will each have a confidential profile, which includes a MI test.
We would love to hear from any teachers who have an interest in this, as we are currently attempting to make our own MI test.
